- All orders are shipped from Dakar,Senegal.
Can I collect my online order from your local store?
- Unfortunately we do not have any public showroom or shop. We are currently an online only shop. Though we do not have any immediate plans we are hoping for this to change in the future.
When will my order be processed ?
- All orders are process within 5-8 business days
Can I choose to a different color from the image?
- Yes. you can change the color to the color you want.
Can I have Exactly the same pattern getzner bazin / TRIM (GARNITURE) as the model on advertised?
- Unfortunately,The exact pattern on the bazin will no longer be available because the manufacturer DO NOT repeat pattern. As for the colors of the bazin, 90% of the colors will be available.

- Unfortunately, no simply because Trim (Garniture) sell fast.

- Yes. You will send you pictures of similar Trims (Garniture) option and you can make your decision before we process your order . However, if what we send you, you did not like it. We will go ahead and cancel your order for full refund

- Yes you can send in your own style and we will let you know if it some thing we can do or not.
How can I track my order?
- We will email /text you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
